- KSC WELLNESS EVENT VOL 1, Issue 4

What an amazing day! Today our members met up for our 1st KSC Wellness Event at Great Falls National Park. The weather could not have been better and the views were breathtaking. There was no cell phone signal which meant no distractions! We hiked towards various look out points where we practiced our best poses while taking in the immense beauty of nature. Members built camaraderie as they helped one another along the trail. We learned that Sumeet has an excellent sense of direction and that Treena will always be prepared with whatever you need, including water, materials for first aid and even snacks! After taking in the views we headed back and ended off with a picnic lunch of Banh Mi sandwiches. A huge thank you to our Wellness Clerks, Neha & Mona, for putting all of this together. It was truly a memorable Spring day!
HOUSEKEEPING
- Our evite for our KSC Education event has now gone out, please RSVP if you will be attending.
- There will be no more dinners as we approach the start of summer. We will plan to resume in the Fall.
- Please plan to complete member profiles if you have not already done so.
- I am working on completing our bylaws and will share this document once it is finalized.
- If you have any ideas for future dinners or would like to be more involved in any aspect of KSC management please let me know.
One Final Note
Thank you to each and every one of you for being a part of this. I am so excited for the future of our club and hope that all of you will feel more fulfilled by being a part of KSC! Have a wonderful week ahead!
